1. How long will it take my pellets to arrive ?

* 1-9 bags will be delivered by Dpd on a priority next day delivery, you will receive an email or text with all your tracking details, if you have not received this email please check your spam.

* 10 bags plus will be sent on the pallet network and the warehouse will always contact you prior to the pellet being delivered to make sure someone will be around to take because re delivery charges will be applicable for pallets not delivered.

2. How long does it take for the pellets to break down ?

Each pellet will differ depending on the water temperature and protein content. Higher protein levels generally mean they stay together for longer.

As a general rule they take between 5-12 hours.

3. How long will my pellets last ?

From the day of production they are given a 12 month sell by date on them. Most of the bags sold will have a 12-6 months on them.

4. How many bags have you got in stock?

On the S&W website each product has a live number which tells you how many bags are available.

5. When will you have stock of a certain pellet ?

On the S&W website each specific product has a section you can fill in with your email address that will notify you with an email the second the product comes back in stock , alternatively the Facebook page is updated when new stock arrives.
